Stirfry Pork with Onions and Rice Wine

Christian’s favourite dish.

Ingredients:
300gm Not-too-lean Pork
4 Large Onions
4 cloves of Garlic
100ml Chinese Rice Wine
1 tsp Starch (to thicken sauce)
1 tbsp oil

Dark Sauce, Soy Sauce & Pepper (to taste)

Instruction:
1. Combine sliced pork with wine and starch (to marinate for 10 minutes)
2. Slice onions & garlic
3. Heat oil in stirfry pan
4. fry onions & garlic until aromatic
5. Add Pork (without wine)
6. Add dark sauce, soy sauce & pepper to taste
7. Add remaining wine from marinate
8. Stir until sauce thickens
9. Add love & dedication
10.Ready to serve

Serves 4 with rice, potatoes, or noodles.

Total cooking time: approximately 15 minutes
